Programmer in Verhovniy Sud

Main job duties:

1. Design, development, testing, deployment, support and improvement of software products, in particular:

- chatbots for messengers and web resources with their further integration with external APIs, services and databases;

- computer programs, mobile applications, ensuring their interaction with information systems and software products used in the court. 

- development of web services (such as aggregators for operational monitoring of judicial information);

- creation of innovative solutions with an emphasis on the effective use and integration of contactless technologies, such as NFC;

2. Implementation of technical tasks for the creation of software products, including using artificial intelligence.

3. Support, improvement and renewal of the developed software in accordance with changes in the needs of the Supreme Court.

4. Preparation of technical documentation for software development.

5. Responding to requests and identifying malfunctions for prompt elimination.

Official employment, public service (prohibition to engage in other paid activities, including entrepreneurial ones at the time of employment and in the future during service). Appointment for the period of martial law with the subsequent passing of the competition to occupy the position for an indefinite period.

Educational requirements:

Higher education with a degree not lower than a bachelor’s degree.

Higher education in the field information technology, information security, computer science or a related field is welcome.

Work experience:

Experience in the development of web services, chatbots, their integration on web platforms, messengers.

Experience in working with DBMS: MySQL, Postgresql, Oracle and others (creating a database structure, writing queries).

Experience in designing and supporting systems, tools and platforms based on artificial intelligence would be an advantage.

Knowledge, understanding and skills:

Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python, JavaScript, Java or other languages ​​used to develop chatbots, web services.

Programming skills in Python, Perl, Scala, JavaScript, Java, PHP, C++, SQL, etc.

Knowledge of Hive, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Spark, etc.

Ability to work with messenger APIs (such as Telegram Bot API).

Skills to work with relational database management systems such as MySQL, Postgresql, and others. 

Other requirements: fluency in the state language.

Availability of military registration documents for employment of conscripts is mandatory.
