The programme's mission is to provide a launchpad for visionary entrepreneurs and help them build innovative and scalable startups. Join us in driving the Science2Business Programme (S2B) as part of the Seeds of Bravery (UASEEDs) project funded by the European Union's European Innovation Council (EIC).We're on a mission to support Ukrainian tech startups and bring them closer to the EU market. As a part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the scientific innovation landscape into a hub of entrepreneurial success!Your role will be crucial in developing and implementing a dynamic training programme tailored to empower scientists to leap from academia to entrepreneurship with confidence. No stuffy suits or boring lectures here – we're all about immersive workshops, mentorship sessions, and fun online learning modules.You'll get to craft engaging educational content, collaborate with industry experts and mentors, and lead interactive sessions that spark creativity and problem-solving skills among our participants. If you're ready to make areal impact and have a blast doing it, we'd love to have you on board.Responsibilities:Project management:Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, work plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, and regular reports, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and milestones.Manage day-to-day implementation of the programme in coordination with the /NNOV8 team.Ensure timely monitoring and evaluation of program activities and collect data for M&E purposes.Ensure organisation and implementation of training sessions, meetings, workshops, and events within the programme.Coordinate tasks and resources within the team, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.Maintain clear communication channels among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee budget allocation and expenditure, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Community engagement:Cultivate and maintain relationships with programme participants, mentors, and stakeholders,Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and support throughout the programme duration,Facilitate community-building activities, including online forums, group discussions, and networking events,Coordinate with mentors and industry experts to provide guidance and support to programme participants,Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction.Requirements:Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience in project management, preferably in educational or entrepreneurial programmes. Donor-funded project experience is a plus.Proficiency in English (B2+) for communication with international partners.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Passion for fostering learning and development within the entrepreneurial community.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Conditions:Work in Kyiv, Ukraine (hybrid work model)Full-timeApplication:Interested and qualified candidates are requested to send their CV and motivation letter in English as a single PDF file to the following email: [email protected].
