We specialize in the development and implementation of programmatic solutions for our clients, helping them achieve maximum results in the advertising field. We are looking for a Programmatic specialist candidate for our office in Kyiv. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing programmatic campaigns for our clients. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a similar position in a digital agency or advertising agency for at least one year. Full-time, hybrid form of work — remote/office. Ability to work with large volumes of data and make quick decisions. Professional experience in working with Google spreadsheets, Excel, PowerBI. Ability to visualize information using PowerPoint. Understanding the ecosystem of programmatic buying. Knowledge of Programmatic technologies and advertising platforms (DSP, DMP, SSP). Experience with external platforms and/or DV360, GoogleAds, Facebook, GoogleAnalytics, GTM will be an advantage. Analytical mindset. Ability to analyze, structure and communicate information. Active search and implementation of optimal solutions to achieve strategic goals. High level of communication ability to build successful relationships with customers, partners and suppliers. DUTIES: Accounting for customer orders and coordination of purchases with suppliers. Financial reconciliations by internal customers and suppliers. Monitoring placements and communication with client teams to achieve the best results. Active participation in the formation and validation of hypotheses. Updating settings and creating new traffic sources. Maintenance of accounting tables and databases. KPI platform analysis. Construction of analytical reports, forecasts based on statistical data. Search for anomalies in the formation of requests (cases) for suppliers. Cooperation with suppliers for the introduction of innovative technologies. Testing of new functionality and launch of test placements. Development and implementation of software solutions, including RTB, DSP and DMP. Optimization of Programmatic campaigns, ensuring achievement of set goals. Analysis of campaign results and preparation of reports for clients.
