Program Operations Manager in QATestLab

Hello!

We are looking for a proactive Program Operations Manager for one of our directions. If you are a true Problem solver and a Leader who leads by example — this vacancy is for you!

We expect that you:
— have experience in Team management and leading a team of 5+ people for at least 2 years (managed workload, influenced reviews, hiring, and firing)
— know English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level
— have experience working with clients, can resolve contentious project issues and collaboration with the client and team
— consider yourself a multitasking person

It would be great if you:
— have experience in the IT field
— have worked with foreign clients before
— have experience in upselling services

What you will need to do:
— organize the work of the software testing team: communication within the team, assisting in the adaptation of new members, controlling the execution of development plans
— manage software testing projects: coordinate Project Managers of these projects, control deadlines and quality of project execution
— communicate with Sales managers from the moment of receiving an incoming lead to the project start: participate in PreSale meetings, organize the preparation of a new project estimate and its pilot launch and contract signing
— support collaboration with the client after project completion
— maintain project and technical documentation, reporting
