We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager in the field of Education Management for heads of medical institutions. Our projects are aimed at implementing systemic educational knowledge for the further capacity of institutions (finance, law, management, communication, service, talent, digital skills, fundraising).

- Cooperation with external project partners.< /li>
- Planning of activities in a specific direction in accordance with the approved strategy.
- Planning of resource needs for project implementation (financial, human, time).
- Coordination of activities and control over project participants regarding the implementation of the program.
- Organization and conducting of thematic events (workshops, trainings, master classes, lectures, conferences).
- Analysis and adjustment of the plan of events, when terms and conditions change.
- Preparation of control reports and other documentation for donors.
- Recruitment of a team of trainers: selection, training, internal communication, evaluation.
- Organization of team work: work plans, motivation, control of results .
Qualification
- Higher education.
- Management experience in a team of 3 or more people.
- Experience in the public sector.
- High organizational, leadership skills and interpersonal, communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, express your thoughts in a structured manner.
- Good correspondence skills.
- High level of PC proficiency, Microsoft office package, Gmail
