Charitable Foundation"Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of children's support.

UK Government support for this project in Ukraine is provided through the SHARP component of its Humanitarian Assistance, Rehabilitation and Protection Programme

Requirements:

• Experience of working with by teenagers aged 13-18 years in the format of mentoring and organizational support for group events
• Experience in working with accompanying documentation (incoming and outgoing surveys, consent for minors to participate in the event, etc.)
• Basic skills in finding and contracting contractors (accommodation, food, transfer, medical insurance, etc.)
• Basic work skills with project budgets (support and monitoring of implementation, redistribution of budget items as needed), as well as with narrative reporting (gathering feedback from involved mentors, psychologists, adolescent participants, highlighting the most important, describing one's own observations as a curator, drawing up a report for donors and the team)
• High communication skills for supporting minors, communication with parents, etc.
• Understanding the main areas of work in the artistic field, the possibilities of applying creative practices in working with teenagers
• Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level
• Attention to details, organization, ability to work independently
• Ability to solve problems, critical thinking and attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Search and communication with mentors and teachers of the artistic component of activities.
• General monitoring of purchases, documentation, contracts, comparative offers and collection of documents from participants
• Coordinating communication materials and announcements on activities
• Conducting individual conversations within the framework of recruiting course participants, jointly with mentors for the formation of final groups
• Onboarding and supporting the work of involved mentors/teachers and psychologists.
• Visits to residences and regional workshops, communication with teenagers, curatorial support of field activities
• Control over program budget implementation, redistribution of budget items if necessary
• Compilation of narrative reporting on the results of residencies and field trips
