Program Manager (Mental Health) in ZDOROVI

ZDOROVIcreated by healthcare professionals who have many years of management experience in the medical sector. Today it is one of the leaders in the provision of medical humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager in the field of Mental Support Development. Our projects are aimed at the prevention of professional burnout of medical teams.

The candidate will be responsible for the development of this turnkey program and responsible management of resources and budget, its planning and careful control together with hired team members and the financial manager of the direction.

Tasks:< /b>

• Cooperation with external partners of the project and the team.
• Planning of activities in a specific direction in accordance with approved strategy.
• Planning of resource needs for project implementation (financial, human, time).
• Coordination of activities and control over project participants regarding program implementation.
• Organization and holding of thematic events.
• Analysis and adjustment of the work plan, when terms and conditions change.
• Control of costs and effective use of funds allocated for the project.
• Representative function at negotiations.
• Coordination and control of operational actions with the executive director.
• Preparation of control reports and other documentation for donors.
• Recruitment of a team of psychologists: selection, training, internal communication, evaluation.
• Organization of team work: work plans, motivation, control of results.

Qualification:

• Higher education
• Management experience of a team of 3 or more people.
• Work experience in the public sector.
• High organizational, leadership skills and interpersonal, communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, express one's thoughts in a structured manner.
• Skills in business correspondence.
• High level of PC proficiency, Microsoft office package, Gmail .
