International Solidarity (SI) is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization that has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters for more than 40 years, providing the vital needs of food, water and shelter. In particular, SI is involved in the fight against diseases related to unsafe water, which is one of the leading causes of death in the world. SI provides expertise in access to drinking water, improved sanitation and hygiene, and food security and livelihoods. With a presence in approximately twenty countries, SI teams — a total of 2,000 people, made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent headquarters staff and volunteers — work with professionalism and commitment, while respecting culture.

POSITION DESCRIPTION p>
Program Manager for monitoring, evaluation,reporting and training
Within the framework of the Ukrainian mission and under the supervision technical coordinator of the MoZN Program, the MoZN Program manager supports the Program by ensuring the implementation of the mission's MoZN strategy by the mission staff. He/she:
- Provides training support to program teams in their areas of competence
< p>- Contributes to the institutional accumulation of knowledge and improvement of methods and techniques of the Ministry of HealthMAIN REQUIREMENTS'LANGUAGES
Strategic orientation
- Participation in the development of sectoral strategy (M&E, reporting, gender, the principle of "do no harm") in accordance with the policies and priorities of International Solidarity for the country in which the intervention is carried out
- Participation in the development of programs
Training and technical support

- Develop the capacity of program teams in the department's area of competence: data collection and analysis (method, format, software, etc.), indicator measurement, mechaniincluding response to complaints, "do no harm" analysis, etc. Development of training modules together with the coordinator of the Ministry of Education and Culture
- Provide technical and methodological support to program teams on issues of monitoring and evaluation, data management (development of questionnaires, sampling, data entry, extraction of useful data and their interpretation) and integration of cross-sectoral issues
- Support to program teams in creating or adapting tools for: performance monitoring, impact monitoring (M&O plan and survey tools) or risk analysis
Monitoring and evaluation of International Solidarity programs
, analysis, maps and recommendations- Propose adjustments, new measures to improve the quality of operations or approaches, in consultation with project managers and program/technical coordinators
- Upon special request from program/technical coordinator to conduct in-depth analysis
- Participate in the development of technical terms of reference for external evaluations and studies
Accountability
strong>- Support the development and implementation of complaint response mechanisms
- Ensure that the key principles of the mechanism are followed
- Conduct regular analysis of received complaints and feedback
Building institutional knowledge (IS)
- Expand institutional knowledge of M&E activities and mission outcomes (lessons learned and recommendations) and ensure that managers are aware of them of projects
- Support the process of tracking recommendations and work on action plans
- Use RIS tools to document International Solidarity Mission tools and methodologies/approaches
- Prepare a detailed report on the transfer of authority in the approved International Solidarity format at the end of employment.
Personnel Management/Capacity Development
- Ensure that new employees are briefed on roles and responsibilities MOZN
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of the performance of employees under his/her supervision
- Determine training needs
Reporting / communication / representation
- Contribute to the writing of project applications and paragraphs of reports on cross-cutting issues and MOH
- Ensure correct formats and deadlines are followed
< p>- Represent International Solidarity when asked and/or delegated the relevant authority- Prepare articles, case studies and success stories upon request
- Share with the relevant body any what information about the security context and any events that may have consequences for the operation and security of the team
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: u>
Oworld: A special diploma is not required, but higher education will be an advantage
Experience: strong> At least 2 years of work experience in the field of monitoring, evaluation and monitoringcitizenship, as well as in the humanitarian field in general, ideally - in a managerial position, or at least 1 year of experience in managing the planning of MOZN events, the implementation of "TECHNICAL SKILLS" and further actions
Knowledge of languages: English language - upper-intermediate and above, native Ukrainian
Knowledge ofIT programs: Experienced user of Microsoft Office package
Qualification: Knowledge of reporting, humanitarian project cycle. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Communication skills (external and internal communication)
Personal qualities: Good organizational skills - proactivity - ability to adapt to emergency management - autonomy - solution-oriented
TERMS OF WORK
Place of work: offices at the address: Dnipro, possible business trips to Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Mykolaivsk , Kherson Region and the city of Kyiv
Contract: fixed-term employment contract (according to Ukrainian legislation)
Type of employment: full-time employment
Salary: 2380 EUR gross (paid in hryvnias, according to the monthly exchange rate of the bank of the European Commission).
Additional: vacation 31 calendar day, paid family leave, life insurance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
Within the Ukrainian mission and under the supervision of the MEAL technical Coordinator, the Program MEAL Manager supports the Program to ensure that the MEAL strategy of the mission is implemented by the mission staffs. He/she:

PROFILE FORSAKEN
Studies : No special diploma is required, but a university degree will be an advantage
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and accountability and generally in the humanitarian field, ideally in a senior position or At least 1 year of experience in leading MEAL activities' planning, implementation TECHNICAL SKILLS and follow-up
Language : English - upper-intermediate and above, Ukrainian – native
IT : Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
Qualification : Reporting knowledge, humanitarian project cycle. Excellent organization skills and analysis skills. Communication skills (external communication and internal communication)
