Position SummaryTidal Basin is seeking a Program Manager for a recently launched Wildfire Interim Housing Program, which assists survivors of the Maui wildfires in securing interim housing. The Program Manager position's objective is to oversee the units within the program, including the Criteria Review Team and interagency coordination. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the program, including maintaining the operations of the units; meeting goals and objectives; complying with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; and adhering to all contractual or prescribed stakeholder expectations or requirements.The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the program and works to ensure that program operations meet or exceed industry standards. Additionally, the Program Manager works with the team to develop and implement short-range and long-range program goals and milestones.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide program management oversight and work effectively as part of a team to provide expert services. Specific duties may include:Provide advisory and consulting services to the client related to the program launch and implementation.Provide program oversight and expert technical assistance on policies, principles, and standard operating procedures related to . Manage project personnel, including the Criteria Review Team, in support of program activities.Devise solutions-oriented strategies that facilitate program growth and success. Develop management tools for program targeting and performance reporting.
