Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children.

For the implementation of an international project, the foundation announces the purchase of the services of a "Program Manager".

Main duties

• Coordination of planning, implementation and monitoring of the organization's program activities in various directions (in particular, shelter, protection, health and other clusters). 

• Ensuring the effective implementation of projects in accordance with the requirements of donors, budgets and approved activity plans. 

• Maintenance and maintenance of program documentation, preparation of internal documents. 

• Control of project indicators and achievement of planned results. 

• Coordination of work of program teams and interaction with regional centers and partners. 

• Preparation of program reporting for donors and organization management. 

• Participation in the development of new project applications and program concepts. 

• Ensuring compliance with humanitarian standards, protection principles and approaches to working with vulnerable groups. 

• Interaction with donors, partners, local authorities and other stakeholders. 

• Analysis of challenges in program implementation and development of solutions to improve their effectiveness. 

 

• Work experience in the public sector or internationallydays/national NGOs in a managerial position from 2 years. 

• Understanding humanitarian sectors shelter, protection, health and principles of humanitarian aid. 

• Experience with donor reporting and program indicators. 

• Fluency in English (oral and written). 

• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills. 

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and coordinate several areas of activity at the same time.
