ABOUT US:
The "Care in Action" organization was founded in Germany in 1998 to meet the primary needs of children in Ukraine. The subsidiary organization "Care in Action" in Lviv was founded in 2011.
Since then, we have been creating and providing services and implementing programs that build resilience and help cope with life's challenges for orphans, children deprived of parental care, children from socially vulnerable sectors of the population and children and youth in difficult life circumstances
Our organization has a vacancy for the position of Program Manager project"Step". The "Step" program aims to engage young people to increase their resilience, improve psychological well-being and provide opportunities for the development of personal and social skills during this difficult period.
General responsibilities:
KROC team management and operation
project scope and resource planning
communication with other program managersprograms
risk assessment, development of a contingency plan
preparation of budgets, their approval by the director, creation of applications for project financing, monitoring of implementation
responsibility for achieving project goals in accordance with plan
project budget management in accordance with approval programs
Administration and reporting:
responsibility for monitoring the collection of quantitative\qualitative indicators and entering data into CRM
responsibility for timely submission of reports after the event / monthly / quarterly / annual reporting in accordance with the requirements of the organization "Care in Action
collection of events in social networks
timely submission of full information (registration documents and details of the event) for the formation of the contract and other documentation
font-style: normal; quality assurance and development:
ensuring the popularization of the KROC concept and the growth of professional competence among youth workers
making proposals for improvement and development project
monitoring and evaluation of projects involving all stakeholders to measure the impact of projects and achieve results
compliance with Care in Action policies and procedures
Education and work experience requirements:
higher education (priority areas: social work, education, pedagogy, business administration)
work experience in charities/public organizations (preferred)
experience in personnel management
proficiency in the Ukrainian language, writing project proposals (preferred)
good knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Drive for storing and managing information and communications
knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level
leadership/management skills, ability to work, motivate and inspire team
ability to plan and structure work on project implementation
communication and presentation skills
ability to organize and conduct educational programs for youth and youth workers
Working hours: 09:30 — 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday
Location of the office: 8 Lychakivska Street, Lviv
