Program Manager in F-35 Production Programs supporting the Tech Refresh and Obsolescence Management (TROM) Portfolio. The $1.3B (+$2.6B growth thru 2025) TROM Portfolio includes a robust Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Management program within LM and across the supply base, procurement of DMS parts, and execution of redesign efforts of both Air Vehicle Systems and Non-Air Vehicle Systems to resolve DMS. The objective of this portfolio is to ensure F-35 Production & Sustainment are never impacted by DMS.The candidate will work with the Program Senior Manager and associated Program Managers assisting in day-to-day program execution. Candidate will provide comprehensive program oversight to ensure that all program activities are implemented to support planned strategies & contract need dates. The candidate will coordinate with the Program Managers to establish & execute to program baselines, ensure adherence to the risk and opportunity management process, and effectively manage program cost, technical, and schedule (Earned Value). The individual will provide support for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Production Risk Reviews (PRRs), etc. The selected candidate will support the PM team in various capacities to include preparing presentations and delivering briefings to the customer and internal leadership regarding current status, performance to baseline, and risks/opportunities. Additionally, candidate will perform analysis, maintain metrics, present reports, derive strategies and discuss variances and solutions. The successful candidate will have project management expertise, having taken projects from requirements through schedule development, metric generation, and reporting. The individual will ensure an integrated approach across the F-35 Development, Production and Sustainment program offices as well as E&T, SCM, Prod Ops and other supporting functions. The PM will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, quality/technical risk, and overall program performance across LM and the supply base for their programs. This individual will also be the interface to the Customer for their programs. Specific areas of responsibility will focus around DMS Management and Part Buys with some interaction in DMS redesigns.
