Program director of the charitable foundation in Rescue Now

About the purpose:

The purpose of the foundation is to work in the most innovative and dynamic environment in which there is an extremely high "appetite" for helping people and the country due to the funds raised, partnership, internal projects, development of the country.

We believe that the development of the Charitable Fund based on the principle of innovation is a professional a skill that can be honed with adjustments depending on different circumstances.

Responsibilities :

• Project planning.
• Project progress monitoring, milestone achievement tracking and analysis effectiveness and impact of implemented programs.
• Development of strategic areas of the fund's activity and launch of new projects in accordance with its mission and the fund's goals.
• Control of project reports. 
• Establishing collaboration with key partners, including local communities, governmental and non-governmental organizations.
• Scaling existing projects.
• Ensuring effective communication within the project team.

• Implementation of quality control to ensure projects meet established quality standards.
•  Efficient allocation of resources, including human, financial and material resources.

Main requirements:

• Availability of higher education in project management , management.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in program, project and team management, preferably in the international or charity sector.
• Experience with international projects and understanding of global challenges, with faced by non-profit organizations
• Ability to work with various stakeholder groups, including local communities, government organizations and international partners.
• Experience of successfully implemented social projects.
• Excellent command of English and Ukrainian languages
• Experience in managing teams, ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in their application.
• Ability to analyze information and find solutions.
• Willingness to quickly adapt to changes and solve problems.
• Ability to prepare grant applications and knowledge of the donor market.
• Experience with budgeting.
