The charitable foundation "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in the East of Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children's voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of child support. Tasks and responsibilities: Manages the development of the Foundation's main programs; Creates a new portfolio of services; Initiates and facilitates the development of a program development strategy; Engages in the formation of a portfolio of new projects, preparation of the implementation budget, monitors their implementation; Collects information about demand, the reasons for its changes, analysis of the needs of the CA; Coordinates the development of forms, schemes, methods of successful service provision; direction, search for direction development opportunities; Ensures modification and improvement and modification of current programs; Forms effective project management standards; Centers; Representative meetings with donors and new partners; Checks submitted applications from the grant department; Participates in budgeting. Skills and abilities: At least 2 years of experience as a program manager; Experience in managing grant projects; Understanding of the specifics of the work of non-governmental organizations and the public sector will be an advantage; Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency; High communication and negotiation skills; Flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, independence in work; Excellent planning skills; Experience in the implementation of child protection and/or mental health projects is desirable and psychosocial support of children, adolescents and families.
