We’re looking for a Program Director to lead our blockchain client’s technical internship program focused on a deep dive into the world of blockchain, quantum technology, and global innovation.

We are seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead the internship program focused on a deep dive into the world of blockchain, quantum technology, and global innovation. This role requires a visionary leader who thrives on experimentation, innovation, and the creation of multiple products. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the program’s technical and business operations, working closely with the executive team to align the program with the company’s larger strategic goals.

What you’ll do in this role

Program Leadership:

• Drive the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the internship program.
• Lead the development and implementation of new products and solutions, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the program meets its objectives in both technical and business aspects.

Technical Oversight:

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that projects are technically sound and align with industry standards.
• Encourage innovation by leading the creation of prototypes, pilot programs, and product iterations.
• Address and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the program adapts to and overcomes obstacles effectively.

Business Management:

• Develop and manage the program’s budget, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with the executive team to push the larger strategic agenda of the company, ensuring the program contributes to the organization’s growth and success.
• Identify and build partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry experts, educational institutions, and investors.

Team Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between teams, departments, and external partners.
• Promote a culture that embraces experimentation, learning from failures, and continuously seeking solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Represent the internship program to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and promoting the program’s mission.
• Organize and lead regular program reviews, providing updates to the executive team on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Engage with participants, mentors, and partners to ensure the program’s offerings meet their needs and expectations.

We’re looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, product development, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Strong technical background, with experience in emerging technologies, product development, and innovation.
• Excellent business acumen, with experience managing budgets, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a relentless drive to find solutions to complex challenges.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• A visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
• Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards challenges and failures.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• At least an Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
