  • Work with metrics of development teams - analysis, formation of goals , process optimization.
  • Work with program metrics - collection, regular reporting to c-level, formation of goals, optimization of processes.
  • Discussion and resolution of issues that the RM team cannot resolve on its own.
  • Management of expectations of stakeholders related to the program based on analytical data.
  • Facilitation of working meetings with stakeholders, product owners, architects, STO, representatives of other teams.
  • Participation in the formation and development of team leadership (PM, team, tech, functional leads).
  • Joint work with CTO and RMO on optimization of all internal processes of the program, implementation of new tools and practices.
