Program/Delivery Manager

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Program/Delivery/General Manager position.
- Program management experience from 5 teams/50+ developers on one project.
- Experience in managing the RM project team.
- Work experience or in-depth theoretical understanding of Scaled Agile development methods.
- Experience in building and optimizing development processes (in any framework).
- Experience in managing software scope of work, changes, dependencies, risks.
- Experience working closely with the customer (or C-Level (COO, CTO, CPO)) and architecture function.
- Experience in hiring and forming team leadership (RM, tech and team leads).
- Skills in building transparency for customers using Jira, Confluence and other tools.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- High level of communication skills and self-organization.
Will be a plus:
- Availability of relevant position certifications.
- Introduction to Fit for Purpose concepts.
- Familiarity with Management 3.0 concepts.
- Work experience or in-depth theoretical understanding of Kanban Method practices (Kanban cadences, metrics, visualization, work flow optimization principles, etc.).
- Work experience in product organizations.
- Analytical and systematic approach to work.
Responsibilities:
- Management and development of the RMyu team
- Work with CPO and CTO on the formation of quarterly program goals.
- Formation of quarterly delivery plans (taking into account risks, dependencies, available resources) and ensuring their implementation (together with RO and RM teams)
- Work with metrics of development teams - analysis, formation of goals , process optimization.
- Work with program metrics - collection, regular reporting to c-level, formation of goals, optimization of processes.
- Discussion and resolution of issues that the RM team cannot resolve on its own.
- Management of expectations of stakeholders related to the program based on analytical data.
- Facilitation of working meetings with stakeholders, product owners, architects, STO, representatives of other teams.
- Participation in the formation and development of team leadership (PM, team, tech, functional leads).
- Joint work with CTO and RMO on optimization of all internal processes of the program, implementation of new tools and practices.
