The purpose of the Program is to promote the "next generation" of reforms that will enable the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VRU) to become a modern, effective institution that will promote accountability and democratic development in Ukraine. , including better and systematic interaction between people's deputies and their constituents, in particular individuals, civil society and business associations. Strengthening and expanding the analytical and control potential of the Verkhovna Rada to ensure a full legislative cycle. Increasing the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the Verkhovna Rada's performance of its functions defined by the Constitution by the use of technological, innovative solutions and modern communication approaches. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE: coordinate program components and activities (Goal 3 – communication component); plan and organize the production of analytical and strategic documents related to strengthening the communication of the Parliament; plan and organize trainings, seminars, conferences and others measures within the framework of the implementation of the Work Plan on strengthening the communication of the Parliament; coordinate the work of experts and other contractors of the Program; communicate with representatives of the communication units of the VRU Apparatus; participate in the preparation of internal program reports and donor reports; help in the development of communication materials. WE EXPECT THAT YOU: have a master's degree in the relevant field (public administration, political science, sociology, journalism, international relations or other related fields); have at least 2 years of experience in coordinating projects, program components and activities, in the field of public organizations or in international technical assistance projects OR work in in the fields of journalism, communication, creative industries; you have a basic understanding of project management and excellent organizational skills; you are fluent in English (spoken and written); you have an advanced level of using MS Office, knowledge of editorial and graphic programs is desirable.
