Purpose of position:
Program Coordinator is a new position in the Southern Regional Office. The primary purpose of this function is to support the Program Manager in making informed decisions based on collected and analyzed data from SCI programs and other external resources. He/she will help visualize information and include it in reports.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
General Responsibilities:
The Reporting Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring accurate, timely and efficient reporting in the Southern Regional Offices. This position involves collecting data from various sources, preparing detailed reports and analyzing information to support the decision-making process. The Reporting Coordinator will collaborate with multiple departments to streamline reporting procedures and maintain data integrity.
Specific Responsibilities:
Data collection and analysis :
- Collect and consolidate data from various departments and systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity through validation and verification processes.
Preparation of reports:
- Develop, create and distribute regular and ad hoc reports.
- Create comprehensive reports that are clear, concise and tailored to the needs of the Southern Regional Office program.
- Maintain and update report templates and formats as per necessary.
Improvement of processes:
- Evaluation of current processes of reporting and providing recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Implementation of reporting and data analysis best practices.
- Collaboration with IT, MEAL and other departments to develop automated reporting solutions.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and resolve queries.
- Provide training and supporting team members with reporting tools and procedures.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
Documentation and compliance:< /p>
- Maintenance of detailed documentation of reporting processes and methodologies.

Technical skills:
