The organization "Man in Need" has been operating in Ukraine since the beginning of August 2014, and since then, humanitarian programs have been rapidly expanding. At this time, "Lyudyna v bidi" is one of the main humanitarian organizations in Ukraine that provides neutral and independent humanitarian assistance to people affected by the conflict.

General information about the employee role:
The program assistant supports the program department, ensures the implementation of programs in the region. The program assistant works closely with the engineers and the program administrator. normal">Internal Relationships:Works closely with civil engineers on WASH engineers. Coordinates with other program departments, the department of communication, logistics and finance.
External relations:
Establishes and develops relations with local authorities, other organizations carrying out humanitarian activities and the territories of the region.
Typical duties and responsibilities
- Conducts needs assessment andntextual analysis.
- Responsible for document flow of programs
- Supports implementation of water supply, hygiene and sanitation programs
- Responsible for selection of beneficiaries, communication with beneficiaries, processing of personal data beneficiaries
- Provides program reports (weekly report, donor reports, annual reports).
- Responsible for organizing archiving on SharePoint and ELO.
- May be involved in other humanitarian aid activities carried out by the organization.
mandatory Experience in the humanitarian field will be an advantage.- Registration skills;
- Skills of working with computer equipment and modern gadgets;
- Skills in organizing and conducting distributions and registrations are desirable.
