GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
The project "Complex services for the protection of the civilian population affected by hostilities and improving the resilience skills of workers who come to help first" aims to protect and supporting the rights of internally displaced persons, war-affected populations, stateless persons, and veterans and their families at the national, local, and individual levels. In 2026, the Fund, as part of the project, will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons, stateless persons, veterans and their families in the regions of Ukraine.
The geography of activity includes the Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Poltava and Kirovohrad regions. The territory of implementation may change depending on the security situation and the needs of the project.
Within the current project, the Foundation is working on improving the living conditions of people in compact housing. The project involves monitoring the condition of the premises to determine priority repair works, drawing up defect reports, holding tenders for selecting contractors and performing repair works, which will be accepted by the relevant institutions in terms of quantity and quality. The goal of the project is not only to improve the physical living conditions, but also to ensure greater stability and security for vulnerable groups of the population, supporting their right to a dignified life.
The purpose of the position of Program Assistant is to ensure system control and stability of program processes, support compliance of activities directly with the internal policies of the Fund and donor requirements, as well as effective coordination of administrative and program processes to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of program tasks. The program assistant is a key link that guarantees structured procedures, timely monitoring of indicators, reliable documentation management and effective internal coordination, supporting the head of the department in strategic and operational management of the program.
