,[Stakeholder Collaboration: Daily discussions with stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and setting dates for workshops, tests, etc. Communication of scopes, timelines, risks, changes. Establishing relationships with stakeholders is key to this role., Program management: Create plans for projects under the program. Detecting project dependencies. Create alignment across multiple teams. Detect, assess and communicate risks within the organization. Create release strategies to align with dependent products and the needs of the organization. Having a broad knowledge of project management is needed to create plans, scopes, budgets for individual projects within the program., Team aligning: Synchronize the priorities of several teams. Work with teams in Agile/Kanban/ITIL methodologies in the delivery of future product releases., Reporting: Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports on team progress, product development, plan execution, timelines. Reporting at project level, but also c-level., Transition Management: Execution and management of the prepared transition plan for the new team (20+ people). Status reporting, checking execution of each of elements, collecting feedback, responding to needs and changes., Consistently maintain high quality customer communication and brand building., Readiness for traveling ca. 3 days/month for first six months] Requirements: Jira, SAFe, Altas, Project management, PMP, Atlassian, Confluence, ETL, Data Lake, Data warehouse
