Our candidate: Organizes the process of technical training in the company's units. Develops plans for professional and technical training. analysis of training results and initiates measures to increase the effectiveness of training. Organizes and monitors the process of industrial practice of students of colleges, technical schools, vocational and technical schools. Organizes the process of personnel testing. Participates in audits. We expect you to have: Higher education majoring in "Psychology", "Management", "Personnel Management and Labor Economics"); Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in large enterprises (mainly industrial); Successful experience of participating in HR projects. Analytical thinking, systematic work, ability to decision-making. Skills of organizing effective communication and business interaction.
