The goals of the Professional Learning department are to support change management for school districts, ensure content and product expertise for teachers and administrators, maintain customer feedback loop to the organization, and drive renewal sales of Core products.Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in developing and organizing in-service and professional development training for sixth through 12th grade ELA, including pedagogy on best practices for all learners. Effectively navigates multiple steps in the training development process demonstrating the ability to influence learning outcomes. Builds trust and credibility with implementation specialists and district leaders by ensuring that training participants receive organized, exceptional professional development. Work collaboratively alongside other internal teams including Sales and Marketing, Academic Design, Graphic Design, and any other applicable teams. Support a culture centered on partner success and develop processes that support the achievement of the business goals. Travel to deliver high-quality professional development and training sessions to schools and districts – 30-50% possible travel. Other duties as required. Share Your Expertise.Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include: Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field, and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in developing, delivering, and improving meaningful professional learning experiences or an acceptable combination of education and experience. A master’s degree in education, Educational Technology or a relevant field is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience working with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Ability to understand on-going market trends and align campaigns to relevant projects and programs. Knowledge of adult learning and strong facilitation skills required. Knowledge of industry accepted best practices and tools. Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Ability to articulate instructional/technical concepts with clarity. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Background in English Language Arts is required. Deep knowledge of Study Sync curriculum is preferred.
