The goals of the Professional Learning department are to support change management for school districts, ensure content and product expertise for teachers and administrators, maintain customer feedback loop to the organization, and drive renewal sales of Core products.This specific role will be focused on Core Professional Learning department's approach and organization of facilitator certification. The Professional Learning Specialist will support all core professional learning teams, including Math, ELA, Social Studies, and Science, to design, organize, and execute certification that is centralized and streamlined.Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Support a culture centered on facilitator success and develop processes that support learning outcomes.Travel to support the delivery of high-quality certification sessions for full time and contract facilitators – 30-50% possible travel.Other duties as required.Share Your Expertise.Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:Bachelor’s degree in education, school administration, communication, Account Management, or relevant field, and a minimum of 5+ years of sales or account management experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Google applications, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications required; experience with product or project management tools preferred.
