In connection with the constant development of the sales department, we are now opening a new branch in Chernivtsi. We are looking for a confident, expert, independent and effective professional cosmetics sales manager, preferably with experience in the beauty industry. This is a remote form of work with a high level of self-administration. Responsibilities: Advising customers on products, their properties and applications; Processing the existing and searching for a new customer base through various tools (making phone calls, organizing meetings, conducting correspondence with customers and forming their client base); Conducting product presentations for potential clients, through phone calls, live meetings, correspondence with clients; Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, forming pre-orders and increasing the number of orders every month; Managing the client database and maintaining documentation (control of product orders and calculations with the logistics system of icons, the role of shipping and delivery to the client). Requirements: Experience in sales or in the field of cosmetics will be an advantage. But the sales experience must be from 1 year or more. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in the sales direction and emphasis on financial indicators and execution of plans; Ability to conduct active and effective work with clients; High self-organization and ability to work in a team using business communication and corporate behavior; Desire for professional development, emphasis on personal efficiency and high performance in the team; sales managers.
