Product Marketing Manager (SOFTSWISS)

Our partner is SOFTSWISS , a world leader in iGaming software development, with offices in Georgia, Malta and Poland, and a team working remotely from 12 other countries.
They are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and test ideas and hypotheses for the engagement funnel, including A/B testing landing pages;
- Implement these ideas from concept to completion, coordinating tasks with copywriter, designer and developer;
- Manage the entire funnel development lifecycle: from ideation and design to development and analysis;
- Track and monitor the performance of all marketing teams to ensure business objectives are met, including partner teams, BTL, procurement teams;
- Coordinate work between marketing teams and agencies;
- Control the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns;
- Provide regular performance reports and information to senior management;
- Conduct constant market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities;
- Develop and implement marketing research plans, including customer surveys and focus groups;
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar position;
- English language level at Upper-Intermediate+ level;
- Experience in conducting A/B tests and gathering information from them;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, creative arts or related fields;
- Understanding trends in the mobile and web industry, as well as key user engagement mechanisms;
- Having a focus on monetization and conversion optimization strategies;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with creative and analytical thinking;
- Enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in Tier-3 markets / African market;
- Experience building a performance marketing team and developing a marketing strategy from scratch.
