Production storekeeper (Material responsibility) in JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS

"JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS Peet's" is a leading food company headquartered in the Netherlands. In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for a storekeeper to work at our production enterprise in the city of Lviv, village Pasiki Zubrytskyi.

What you will do:

• Accounting and reconciliation of small and medium-sized enterprises, special clothing, detergents and other materials in the storeroom.
• Formation of orders in SAP (stock / non-stock), posting of goods.
• Issue of invoices, revenue orders, write-offs, keeping registers.
• Receiving containers and materials from the warehouse according to invoices.
• Budget planning for PPE, protective clothing and detergents.
• Material responsibility and correct maintenance of primary documentation.
• Monitoring the work of subcontractors on the line, responding to occupational health and safety violations.
• Participating in daily operational meetings, updating information on production boards, supporting the culture of MOS (lean production culture).
• Adherence to ethical and corporate standards.
• Ensuring compliance of materials and processes with product quality and safety standards.
