Currently, for our client, a production company from the food industry, we would like to find a suitable person to manage a production plant in Central Poland for the position of: Production Plant Manager (m/f) FMCG

• Min. 5-6 years of experience working in the food, beverage or similar industry in a production-related management position
• Technical education, production management or similar
• Highly developed organizational, managerial and communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Goal orientation
• Leadership skills
• Ability to plan and monitoring activities in terms of their material costs and effectiveness
• Knowledge of English at a level enabling free business communication.
