Production planning specialist in Ajax Systems

We are looking for a new player to the Supply Network Planning team to help strengthen the team!)

What the responsibilities include:

• Long-term production planning, by location;
• Analysis of material stocks (rotation, non-moving materials, etc.);
• Determining and updating the minimum stock of materials in terms of assortment and volumes;
• Formation of the need for materials outside of production specifications;
• Analysis of the feasibility / possibility of changing production plans taking into account material stocks;
• Participation in projects of transitions / activation of materials;
• Participation in the development of planning tools;
• Support of existing reports in Power BI.

Basic competences and skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets;
• Power Query will be an advantage (collection and consolidation of data from various sources);
• Understanding the principles of long-term production planning;
• Experience in the management of PE flows. Preparation of information (phase in / phase out) in accordance with the plan of circulation of nomenclature;
• Ability to work with large data sets, analyze information and prepare reports;
• Knowledge and skills of working with ERP systems (preferably 1C or SAP IBP, SAP PP).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of supply chain planning (Supply Chain Planning);
• Higher education (economics, logistics, business administration or technical);
• Experience with monotonous repetitive processes and ability to work dynamically;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, structured approach to work;
• High level of communication and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work effectively in multitasking and high-speed conditions changes.
