In the technical department, we have three teams, each of which works on its own project (Volkswagen, MAN, Skoda). The composition of the teams depends on the project, but on average 10 engineers work in the team and, of course, the project manager. Position description: Each engineer is responsible for a certain direction of work, but the key to successful work in the technical department is teamwork and a proactive approach of each member to the assigned tasks task. FAW \ Change Management engineer processes technical information from the client-customer, performs current and planned changes to documentation, enters processed information into databases and prepares special documentation with detailed descriptions of changes for other departments. Also, an important function of such an engineer is the optimization of the lengths of wires and hoses, as well as the correction of clips, terminals and isotapes in some cases. Engineers responsible for the TK \ Change Management process create work instructions and guidelines for employees of the production department, are engaged in balancing, analysis and distribution of workload between workplaces in production. Their task is to optimize production processes. Engineers who work with Work Optimization or Operation Scheduling\Engineering directly implement technical changes in production that have been worked out together with colleagues and inform all other departments about such changes. An important task here is to ensure the availability of work instructions at employees' workplaces, appropriate labels and other technical documentation. The tasks of the CAD \ Change Management engineer are to process the customer's drawings, ensure their relevance, create schemes for placing wires on production lines, and develop all the necessary elements of the mounting board (fixtures, holders). Also, a CAD engineer works with 3D visualization. Of course, the company trains newcomers and provides everything necessary for successful work, but our expectations from the candidate are as follows: Regardless of the chosen direction, a candidate for our team must have a higher education or be a student in the last years of a university, be confident with a PC and be able to work in Microsoft Excel. Also, it is important to be able to read technical drawings and work, or quickly learn to work with engineering computing equipment. It is necessary to know the English language at an intermediate or higher level, since all documentation, correspondence and communication with colleagues from the central office are conducted precisely in English!
