Requirements

In order to be employed for this vacancy, you will have to go through several interview stages. You need to speak Polish at a communicative level (reading and writing) so that you can communicate freely with the masters and our coordinators and keep the necessary documentation.

Knowledge and ability to read a technical drawing will be an additional advantage (if not, we will teach you).

This job offer is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

What we offer

The employment contract we offer is Umowa o prace (the first contract is for one month, the next for 3 months).

• if you calculate your salary in net, it will start from 3400 - 3600 zł/ net (excluding additional hours).

• additional payment for work in the 4-shift system - 425 zł/gross

• additional payment for work in night shifts - 34 %

for 10 full lunches at work.

During the vacancy, we provide accommodation which will be absolutely free for you. In rooms for 2-3 people, couples are accommodated only separately!

• work schedule in the system of 4 teams: 4 days, the first shift is a day off, 4 days of the second shift - a day off, 4 night shifts - 2 days off. (The schedule is quarterly and employees receive it before the beginning of the quarter). A break during the working day is 20 minutes. One working shift of 8 hours.

Access by public transport, as the enterprise itself is 5 minutes from the station (on foot).

After completing comprehensive training from professional masters, you will be able to take additional working hours to earn extra (if desired).
