In this role, you will streamline production operations by handling analytics, tracking production metrics, and aligning processes with strategic goals.This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Ukraine.This job is for you if you are:A Data Guru: You are experienced in managing data, tracking key metrics, and utilizing Excel effectivelyan Optimizer: You constantly seek ways to streamline operations and enhance efficiencya Problem Solver: You proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutionsa Strategic Thinker: You understand the importance of aligning operations with strategic goalsa Team Player: You work well with management and other teamsResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations within the production departmentHandle analytics, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to the preparation of operational dashboardsIdentify and prevent operational bottlenecksImplement solutions to optimize organizational performanceCollaborate with management to ensure operations align with strategic goalsContinuously seek opportunities to improve operational processesAssist with budgeting and cost control measuresRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldBackground in project management and (or) operations management would be an asset.
