LOCATION : Biskupice Podgórne (20 km from Wrocław)

WORK AND SALARY SCHEDULE: -4-shift system - 12-hour work (7:00-19:00 or 19:00-7:00), 7 days per week according to the schedule established by the superiors (4 working days, 3 days off). The greatest demand is now for the night shift from Friday to Monday (however, there is no certainty that candidates will work on this particular shift),

-rate depends on work experience:

-Up to 3 months of work: the rate is PLN 21.7 net per hour when applying to PIT2, candidates under the age of 26 can register as students and receive PLN 28.10 net; Then the rate can be increased

- For work at night (22:00 - 6:00) and on weekends, an allowance + 2 zlotys/hour (that is, if someone works at night on weekends, he receives + 4 zlotys /h) - Average salary - 5,000 - 6,000 zł brutto

- There is a bonus - it depends on the level in the matrix. The level changes depending on the employee's interest, absence of absenteeism and health and safety issues - the best employees move to level 3 in the first/second month of employment. The bonus base is calculated for 168 hours (full-time employment), more hours are worked under the brigade system, so the bonus increases proportionally. Example: a person at level 1 will work 200 hours, so we calculate PLN 100 * 200/168 = PLN 119. (1 level 100 PLN, 2 level 200 PLN, 3 level 400 PLN, 4-5 levels 500 PLN)

- Work clothes are provided

REQUIREMENTS: - Men under 55 years.-Visa/bio from 3 months.-Minimum knowledge of Polish (must understand what they say)

DUTIES: Men work on the packaging process. The work looks like this: repackaging modules (lithium-ion batteries) from cardboard boxes into specialized packaging. Moving the part from point A to point B. Weight: about 30 kg, always accompanied by a second person at work. Women: quality control of battery modules (tightening screws, pasting stickers)

ACCOMMODATION: We do not provide housing. From Wrocław, free transportation is organized with 6 stops (plac Jana Pawła II, Most Grunwaldzki, Bajana, EPI, Hallera, Partynice).

PROCEDURE: Employment directly to the employer.

You will work under the Umowa zlecenie contract - which provides for a more flexible work schedule and guarantees health and social insurance ZUS, which the employer pays for you. there is also the possibility of obtaining a university and voivodeship invitation.
