Requirements: MANUFACTURING OF DELICATESIES AND SNACKS Place of work and registration - the city of Słupsk (work in the area between Słupsk and Głobyne) Rate: 21-27.70 zł/hour netto + when working 240 hours per month increase the rate by 1 zł + Working hours bonus for month 220-300. Two shifts, possible night shifts (during the washing process) Cost of living 17 zł/day Tasks (women): • Work on the line - stuff peppers and olives with cheese; make pita bread with chicken, macaroni and porridge with seasonings, salad mixes, shrimp in various sauces. • Weigh, pack and store products. • Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace. Tasks (men): • Work in the kitchen - prepare marinade, hummus and pasta for salads, prepare vegetables • Maintain cleanliness in the workplace • Work in the warehouse IMPORTANT: there are STANDARDS for each process Working and living conditions: • Rate: 21 zł/hour . or a police school) • There is a possibility of career growth to line operator and foreman. There is a surcharge for the night shift (at the car wash, the process is determined by the factory) • Schedule: Mon.-Sat. in shifts, the possibility of night shifts and overtime work: I shift: 6:00-14:00, after 14:00 process change until 18:00 II shift from 14:00-24:00 Shifts may vary • Average salary per month: 180- 220 hours • Accommodation: ****** zł/month. House/hostel, 3-5 people in a room • There is no charge for your accommodation • For those who work 8 hours, there is 1 break of 20 minutes, for those who work 12 hours, i.e. two breaks of 20 minutes each. • Please bring your own bed linen • Free travel by company bus to and from work • The temperature in the workshop is from +11-+15°C. On one process +2, but warm clothes are issued (they rarely take anyone there). • Overalls are issued free of charge. The cost of shoes is 93 zł (if a person is fired) • Medical examination - free of charge (300 zł from the last salary, if you have worked for less than 3 months). • We refund money for a ticket from Ukraine: 50% of the amount in the first salary, 50% in the second (300 PLN maximum). If traveling through the territory of Poland, a maximum of PLN 100 return. Requirements: • Women and married couples under 45 in good physical shape • Manual skills • Stress resistance and ability to learn quickly • Experience and knowledge of the language are not required • Long nails, gel polish, artificial eyelashes, piercings, jewelry are prohibited at the company.
