• Organize the work of the production workshop;
• Ensure compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms and technological processes at all stages of product preparation;
• Control the quality of products manufactured in accordance with state norms and standards companies;
• Training, organization and control of personnel work
• Formation and control of production of orders
