Your main responsibilities will be:

• Organization and management of warehouse work;
• Formation of the staff list, determination of work standards, formation of the motivation system;
• Accounting (good knowledge of Excel, 1C) - this factor is very important
• Recruitment of employees (if necessary, currently staffed);
• Economic issues.

1st stage: Trial period (from 2 months depending on candidate):

• organization of work on sorting and pressing of raw materials;
• formation of the staff list, determination of work standards, formation of a motivation system;
• study of the specifics of sorting raw materials, personnel training, control quality;
• setting and record keeping

We will fix the contract at the rate of UAH 35,000.

2nd stage: Bringing production to the medium-plan productivity

• ensuring continuous work;
• increasing the staff to 30 employees.;
• creating competitive jobs.

Zp: 35,000 - 45,000 Rate + KPI

3rd stage: Bringing production to maximum productivity

• organization of 4-shift work according to the 7/24 principle;
• control and management of crews;
• ensuring the optimal cost price;
• implementation of occupational health and safety regulations and etc.

Zp: 50,000 and above Rate + KPI
