Production manager (metalworking) in METALHILL

The METALHILL company is a Ukrainian manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of metal products. We work on modern equipment, carry out both serial and individual orders, and constantly expand production.

In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for a production manager who understands the work of the workshop well, knows how to organize people and processes, and is able to ensure stable, predictable production work.

Main duties:
•organization and control of daily production work;
•planning of production tasks, load distribution between employees and equipment;
•management of shop personnel: task setting, control, participation in the selection and adaptation of new employees;
•control of compliance with technological processes, production discipline and occupational health and safety norms;
•identification of problems in processes (downtime, overload, shortage) and preparation of practical solutions;
•interaction with the workshop team, technologists, company management;
•participation in production processes during peak periods with further optimization of work.

Requirements for the candidate:
•technical education, practical experience in production, preferably in the field of metalworking;
•experience in managing a production site or shop;
•practical understanding of equipment operation (PCM machines, sheet bending presses, rollers, band saws, welding equipment, etc. - will be an advantage);
•ability to plan, organize and control the work of a team;
•responsibility, system thinking, ability to make decisions;
•leadership qualities and the ability to work with people.
