Your tasks:

• organization and control of processes in the production shop;

• control of sanitary and hygienic standards;

• control of technological processes;

• control of finished dishes (taste, appearance, serving temperature);

• control of products according to state norms and standards;

• management of turnover, profit, markup;

• participation in inventories;

• organization and planning of employees' work and their training;

• ordering raw materials;

• monitoring employees' compliance with labor protection, fire safety, and labor regulations discipline, internal labor regulations;

• higher education - preferably specialized;

• experience in catering / cooking (preferably from 2 years);

• knowledge of technological processes and equipment;

• basic understanding of the cost of dishes; 400">production planning skills (volumes, loading, write-offs);

experience in managing personnel and setting up production processes.
