Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of food production processes.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety norms and standards.
• Management of a team of employees (8 people), division of duties and control of execution.
• Ordering and quality control of raw materials.
• Maintenance of documentation and reporting on production.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position of 5 years or more.
• Knowledge of cooking technologies and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility, organization and ability to make quick decisions.
• Readiness for learning and development.
