We are an engineering and production company in the field of mechanical engineering that works with technically complex electromechanical products. The company is actively developing, uses modern technological solutions and a systematic approach to the organization of production. Our team are specialists focused on quality, process stability and results. In connection with the scaling of production, we are looking for a manager who can effectively manage the production site and influence the development of the company. 400">

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• organize and control the full cycle of production processes;
• ensure the implementation of production plans and compliance with deadlines;
• control product quality at all stages;
• manage staff: task setting, performance control, training;
• analyze and reduce shortages and downtime;
• monitor equipment condition and planned service;
• participate in the improvement of technological and production processes;
• be responsible for the implementation of project tasks.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN:

• trial period (1 month) — UAH 60,000;
• after the trial period — UAH 60,000 + % for the execution of the production plan and bonuses for project work;
• income depends on the results of the work;
• maximum income — up to UAH 90,000.
