Production manager, decorator in SAME & Friends / Seym ta Druzi, TOV

SAME&Friends is a marketing communications agency with more than ten years of experience and a large portfolio of projects for the most famous international and local companies and brands. We are looking for a production manager to join our team.

Requirements:
- Experience as a production manager, manager in merchandising, decorator from 2 years;
- Experienced PC user, basics of working in Microsoft Office (tables, texts, presentations) - mandatory;
- Good project management and communication skills;
- Experience in the production of merch, decorations, stands, non-standard orders;
- Thorough knowledge of materials, their application methods and technical requirements; successful cases with different budgets;
- Experience working in a team, understanding the principles of teamwork;
- Interaction with contractors, providing feedback;
- Experience in sending merchandise and decorations, understanding the logistics component .

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of merch and souvenir products preparation for events, PR mailings, corporate gifts;
- Creation and planning according to requirements and technical tasks;
availability of finished products, shipment and dispatch within the specified terms;
- Preparation of budgets and estimates, monitoring of compliance;
- Monitoring and analysis of the market, novelties, trends in this area and offering new concepts based on them;< br/>- Preparation of reports.
