Production manager (Boryspil) in EKO-Market

The national supermarket chain "ECO-MARKET" invites to its team a Production manager in the direction: cooking, meat, fish, bakery.

Functional responsibilities:

• Organization and control of production processes;
• Management of department personnel (execution and control of tasks, personnel development, control of working hours, compilation and control of schedules);
• Performance of planned indicators;
• Evaluation of the quality of raw materials and finished products in the showcase;
• Assortion analysis, sales analysis and submission of proposals for new types of products;
• Compilation of technological maps processes.
• Inventory management, write-off control; 
• Organization and participation in the process of selection, training, training, adaptation and evaluation of new employees at the factory.

Basic requirements:

• Work experience in retail chains in a similar position; 
• Successful personnel management experience;
• Communication;
• Initiative;
• Ability to work for results.
