Production manager in Frontline Robotics

Frontline Robotics is a Ukrainian MilTech company that develops and manufactures robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. In connection with the active growth of production and the scaling of the product line, we are looking for a Production Manager who will be responsible for the effective organization of production processes, managing teams and ensuring consistent production of high quality products. Our wishes for the candidate:

• Engineering education / engineering experience
• Ability to manage people
• Ability to build a production plan and stick to it
• Ability to build and maintain production lines
• Ability to synchronize work logistics, Q&A and production

Will be a plus:

• Odoo experience
• Experience in building processes related to welding
• Experience in building production
• Experience in production automation
• Conflict management
• Risk management

Your duties will include:

• Building production with already existing infrastructure logistics, processes of interaction with R&D.
• Observance, implementation and improvement of existing production processes
• Creation and observance of the hiring, procurement, production capacity plan
• Construction and improvement of production line processes
