• Planning and coordination of projects from start to finish;
• Negotiations, constant communication with executors, partners, contractors;
• Organization/participation in tenders according to the company’s tender procedure;
• Control and support of budgeting processes;
• Close interaction with internal customers regarding orders, selection, ordering, control of production and delivery of various loan nomenclature: polygraphic, souvenir, exhibition;
• Support and organization of the process of printing corporate calendar products of the bank (from the tender for the selection of typography to support of logistics in the branch network.

You are "our person" if you have:

• Understanding and knowledge of the market - the main players, technologies, suppliers
• In-depth understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, wide format, etc.)
• Understanding of exhibition equipment types, experience with both procurement and print/layout (illumination features, material, interactive elements, etc.)
• Basic understanding of market trends
• Experience in projects with rebranding, identity change,
• Building high-quality communication with designers.
