"Nove Stolittya Plus" is a production company with over 15 years of experience.

We specialize in cutting sheet materials on CNC machines (metal, composite, MDF) and manufacturing products - from individual parts to finished structures.

We are looking for a production manager who has a good understanding of technological processes and knows how to organize stable, coordinated work.

Responsibilities

Organization and control of the work of production sites (cutting, bending, welding, assembly)

Planning and distribution of production tasks

Support of the production process from drawings to finished products

Quality control, compliance with technologies, minimization shortage

Interaction with the sales department, designers, procurement

Participation in training and adaptation of personnel

Finding solutions to reduce downtime and increase production efficiency

Requirements

2 years of production management experience

Understanding of metalworking technologies and working with sheet materials

Practical experience in processes cutting, bending, welding, assembling

Ability to plan work, manage a team and make decisions

Orientation on results and quality

We offer

The format of cooperation is discussed (oriented to long-term work)

Salary: UAH 40,000 - 50,000, the level depends on experience and competencies

Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
