In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for an experienced and competent manager to start and manage a new production location of our company. normal; text-decoration: none">Higher technical education (electronics, telecommunications, automation) specialties);
3 years of production management experience at an enterprise in the defense-industrial or high-tech sector;
Confidentiality;
The ability to act quickly in stressful situations. normal; text-decoration: none">Managing the launch of a new production location with the aim of scaling existing capacities;
Ensuring effective planning, organization and control of production processes to achieve quality, time and cost goals of the production location;
Implementation and optimization of production processes according to modern methods (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.);
Participation in hiring and management personnel, formation of a production site team, maintenance of labor discipline;
Close interaction with R&D, quality control, supply and logistics divisions.
Control of compliance with internal standards, industry norms and requirements of the state defense order;
Ensuring compliance with product specifications and standards;" processes.
