Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for controlling the import of raw materials, placement in warehouses, loading elevators
• Organizes work on inventory of raw materials, of finished products and qualitative and quantitative accounting of grain
• Makes an annual plan and controls the process of equipment maintenance, repair and maintenance, maintenance of motor vehicles and tractors
• Responsible for optimizing production and technological processes
• Trains personnel in accordance with labor protection and fire safety requirements
• Together with the director of the enterprise, develops and implements innovative approaches to technological process management
• Together with the Department of Agribusiness, approves plans for receiving and placing early and late grain and oil crops at the elevator storage facilities
• Ensures staffing in accordance with the approved staff list

• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user of 1C, SAP, Power BI, Nanocad
• Understanding technological maps and diagrams, their development
• Basic knowledge of electricity and the operation of automated systems
• Ability to carry out diagnostics, repairs and technical maintenance of vehicles and other mechanisms, equipment
• Understanding the principles of operation of mechanical systems, such as engines, transmissions, braking systems, etc.
