This position is not just production management. We are looking for a strategist who is able to increase efficiency, implement modern technologies and processes, lead the team to the result and form a culture of high-performance production.

As our Production Director, you will directly influence the development of the company, optimize processes, control the quality of products and resources, and develop a team of professionals. This is a chance to implement ambitious ideas and become a key link in large-scale projects.?

Key tasks:

• Management of production, planning and coordination of the work of shops and teams.
• Execution control plans within the framework of the relevant deadlines.
• Motivation of the team to achieve high results.
• Using the concepts of lean manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing), Kaizen methodology (KAIZEN), 5S, WCM, PDCA.
• Automation of the production accounting system and optimization of production processes.
• Contributing to increasing the capacity of assets by minimizing unnecessary costs in production.
• Organization of meetings and preparation of reports for management;
• Work in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, MS Project, Odoo, etc. ERP.
