This position is not just production management. We are looking for a strategist who is able to increase efficiency, implement modern technologies and processes, lead a team to a result and form a culture of high-performance production. As a Production Director, you will directly influence the company's development, optimize processes, control product quality and resources, and develop a team of professionals. This is a chance to implement ambitious ideas and become a key link in large-scale projects.

Key tasks:

• Management of production, planning and coordination of shop work and teams;
• Monitoring the execution of plans within the relevant deadlines;
• Motivating the team to achieve high results;
• Using concepts of lean manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing), Kaizen methodology (KAIZEN), 5S, WCM, PDCA;
• Automating the production accounting system and optimizing production processes;
• Contributing to increasing the capacity of assets minimizing unnecessary production costs;
• Organization of meetings and preparation of reports for management;
• Working in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, MS Project, Odoo, etc. ERP.
