Production Manager in Interactivity

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team.

As a key member, you will work closely with the General (Technical) Director.

Your role will be crucial to ensure smooth implementation of projects, compliance with high quality standards and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in web developers: 3 years of extensive experience in the field of web development.
• Technologies: Knowledge of Frontend, Backend, Mobile Development, CMS platforms
  (Angular, Backbone, JS Platforms, Ionic, PHP, Symfony, Node.JS, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla).
• Version control: Practical experience with control systems versions.
• Project management: Previous experience in management positions and working on projects for foreign clients.
• Quality assurance: Ability to assess the quality of final work and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Demanding leadership: A true leader who is not afraid to be critical, demands excellence and maintains high standards standards.
• Professional behavior: Professionalism and result orientation.
• Responsibility: Willingness to take personal responsibility for tasks and project results.
• Attention to detail: Organization, attention to detail, striving for perfection, intolerance to mistakes and carelessness.
• Professional communication: Ensuring a focused and productive work environment.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate.

Obov' Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with the Technical Director: Assistance in various tasks and performance of delegated duties.
• Organization meetings: Effective management of daily meetings in Slack and Zoom with the team, ensuring productive discussions, collaboration and project alignment.
• Communication promotion: Ensuring effective collaboration and information exchange between team members.
• Check timesheets: Check and receive.
• Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders project.
• Supporting morale: Support the enthusiasm and morale of the team with your energy and positive attitude.
